Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Furniture, pillows, hair accessories, personalized stationery, and framed art prints are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, wallpaper rolls can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Customers are responsible for wallpaper return shipping costs. Wallpaper Samples are all final sale. We accept returns for all styles in our loungewear collection within 30 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.
Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If a return exception is made for an order past 30 days, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.
1. Make sure that your order qualifies
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Fabric may be returned if it hasn’t been cut, washed or altered in any way. Furniture, pillows, hair accessories, personalized orders, wallpaper samples, and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.

2. Return your order and packing slip
With the exception of rugs and wallpaper, please send your order and its original packing slip to:

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
3. Await credit
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact [email protected].
